Podcast Conversations

Talking about the parts of life that don't fit neatly into a resume.

Over the past few years, I've had the chance to sit down with a range of hosts and talk about the things I find myself returning to — in writing, in coaching, and in my own life.
The conversations tend to circle around a few recurring questions.
  • What happens when the identity you've built over decades stops fitting?
  • How do people navigate loss — of a role, a relationship, a person, a version of themselves?
  • What does reinvention actually look like from the inside?
  • What does it mean to be a highly sensitive person in a world that doesn't always make room for that?
  • How do men talk — or avoid talking — about what's actually going on?
  • What can endurance, recovery, and grief teach us about change?

I don't have tidy answers to any of these. But I find the conversations worth having.

Selected appearances below.

These conversations come at the same territory from different directions — men's mental health, career transition, high sensitivity, grief, endurance, reinvention, and the experience of being in the middle of something you can't quite name yet. Some were recorded during a chapter of my life that looked more like a coaching business than it does now. I've kept them because the underlying questions still feel honest.
